Contactless curbside pickup is now available at select stores. Here’s how it works: 

  1. Shop online: Choose “ship to store” at checkout & select your closest retail location.  To find the store nearest you, visit our Retail Locator. 
  2. Check your email: We’ll email you when your package arrives at our store.  Please Note: this is a second email you’ll receive a few days after your order confirmation email! 
  3. Come see us (from the safety of your car): Once you arrive to pick up your order: 
    1. Depending on store location, you’ll either park in one of our designated curbside pickup parking spots or pull up to the curbside pickup line. 
    2. Call the store & let them know your name, order #, License plate, car model, and where you would like the package to be placed. 
    3. A member of our team will bring the package to your car 

Visiting on-foot or by public transportation? No problem!

  3. Come on over: Visit our store with your package arrival email and a member of our team will bring your package to the counter.   

If you’d prefer to shop in-store, we will be welcoming walk-in customers in limited numbers.  The total customers permitted to shop at once will be based on CDC guidelines as well as state and local mandates; we appreciate your understanding and patience as there may be a line to get into the store. 

Please note: because our store capacity is limited, we recommend that you limit your shopping group to just your students and a single parent or guardian.

In order to ensure the safety of both customers and employees, please note the following updates to our store processes:

  1. Masks Required: All customers and employees will be required to wear a mask when entering our store.  We ask that masks be worn properly to cover both the nose and mouth! 
  2. Cleaning: Our stores will be thoroughly cleaned daily, but we will also be sanitizing high-traffic surfaces throughout the day.  Additionally, hand sanitizer dispensers will be located throughout the store; both employees and customers are encouraged to use them often!  Additionally, we’ve updated our merchandise handling procedures – particularly around returns & exchanges. 
  3. Employee Health: Each of our employees will go through a health screening prior to resuming work and will have their temperature taken before entering our stores. 
  4. Social Distance: We’ve installed hanging signage and floor markers throughout our stores to ensure safe social distance between customers and employees.

If you’ve shopped with FlynnO’Hara in the past, you know that we’re not traditionally a discount retailer. Over the course of our fifty-year history we’ve focused on providing high-quality products at a fair everyday price, rather than building discounts into our margins. We believe strongly that a school uniform should last the school year – and that investing a bit more in quality up-front ultimately saves parents time and money in the long-run. The price of our products has always been, and will continue to be, a reflection of the quality fabrics and durable construction they’re made with.

This year, though, we recognize that the expense of back-to-school shopping presents a greater financial burden to many families in our community. We also understand that remote learning has been incredibly trying for both parents and students, and that ultimately, the focus right now needs to be on returning to the classroom safely. In an effort to relieve some of the financial stress imposed by COVID-19, FlynnO’Hara will be offering a series of discounts to families from our partner schools focused on making uniform shopping more affordable this summer.

In return, we ask for your support in making this back-to-school season a safe one. Due to the current health crisis, last-minute shopping in crowded stores is no longer a safe option for parents, students, or employees. In the interest of safety, and to ensure that every student receives the uniform they need in time for the first day of school, we strongly recommend that customers consider shopping online this season and – more than ever – avoid waiting until the last minute!

Discounts will be offered a few days at a time, and will be communicated via email, social media, and on our website. Additionally, please note that discount percentages will decline over the course of the summer – meaning that the earlier you shop, the more you’ll save! Finally, in the interest of safety, discounts can be applied only to remote orders to encourage customers to shop from home.  This includes online, phone, and store-pickups.
