Retail Shopping

With 34 retail locations up and down the Eastern United States, it’s likely there’s a FlynnO’Hara store nearby. Our knowledgeable and friendly staff are on-site year round to support your school community, whether a student is shopping for a whole new uniform, or just needs to do a quick exchange. Our stores are each equipped with silk screen and embroidery machines, enabling our staff to customize product year-round so that your students are never out of uniform.

Online Ordering

FlynnO’Hara.com provides easy online ordering 24 hours a day 7 days a week, tailored specifically to your school’s uniform specifications. Each school is provided a customized homepage from which parents can shop for each of their children’s grade- and gender-specific uniforms, view upcoming uniform-related events, and take advantage of sales promotions. Through FlynnO’Hara.com school families are able to create a personal account to save their students’ profiles, size preferences, and to view previous orders.

In-School Measuring Days

We are a company made up of parents, so we understand how much time one extra errand can add to an already busy day. In an effort to alleviate some of the stress that comes with back-to-school shopping, we created our in-school measuring program. On a given date dictated by your school – generally towards the end of the school year – representatives from FlynnO’Hara come to individually measure students at school, placing orders on-site for the following year. Orders placed at school measurings are shipped to students’ homes along with a return shipping label, in the event that a family needs to exchange or return an item.

In-School Uniform Pop-Up Shops

FlynnO’Hara offers many schools the option of a Trunk Show, meaning we bring the uniform shop to your school. On a date set by the school administration, FlynnO’Hara brings our product on-site so that school families can purchase their uniforms for the following year right at school, taking product home with them that day. To inquire about a sale day at your school, please contact your sales rep.

In-Store Private Shopping Events

For many of our schools with a FlynnO’Hara store near their campus, we will hold private in-store Trunk Shows for families and students of a specified school. At these events, students are able to set up appointment times to be measured and purchase their uniforms without ever having to wait in a line.

Adjustment Dates

In the event that your school has held a sale day or measuring day, our representatives will come back to your school in the summer to make any necessary exchanges, help your students place new orders, or make any returns. Please go to Your School Page to find upcoming measuring dates.

Customer Support

FlynnO’Hara’s professional and experienced customer service phone lines remain open Monday-Saturday year-round to receive orders and handle customer service issues. During the summer crunch, we have 75 toll-free lines manned by 40 customer service representatives to better assist each customer.

We know how busy the summer can be, which is why we’ve extended store and customer service hours through August to accommodate the schedules of working parents and students. We also remain open in the evenings and on Saturdays year-round.
