Order Tracking & Shipping

I haven’t received my order, where is it?

If you have not received your package or a notification that it has shipped, it is likely that one or
more products is on backorder. In the event that your order is on backorder, products will ship in 4-6
weeks from the date of purchase. You will receive an email notification when your order has been
shipped.

If your child was measured at school recently, it is also possible that his/her order has not yet been
processed. Orders are typically processed within 7 days from the measuring day, and shipped 5-7
days from the date of process if products are in stock.  In some cases – typically when a measuring takes place during the winter/early spring, the products are not yet in stock.  If your child was measured at school and you’d like to know the status of his/her order, please contact Customer Service at (800) 441.4122.

Finally, if you have received a shipping confirmation but have not received your package, it is possible that FedEx or USPS tried to deliver the package, but there was no safe place to leave it. In this event, you package is most likely at your local post office. Please refer to the tracking number in your shipping confirmation email to check on the status of your shipment, or call into our customer service line at 800.441.4122.

How do I track my shipment?

Once orders placed with FlynnO’Hara have been processed, filled, and shipped from our warehouse,
you will receive a shipping notification via email from FlynnO’Hara. This notification will include a tracking number, which you can click to check the status of your package at FedEx.com.

If your tracking notice reads “Delivered to US Post Office”, the package will then be delivered to your home via FedEx Smartpost by USPS.

How will my package ship?

FlynnO’Hara’s products ship via FedEx Ground, or FedEx SmartPost. Depending on the size/weight of your package, it will either be delivered by FedEx SmartPost via USPS, or by FedEx ground. Once an order has been shipped from FlynnO’Hara, FedEx will generate a shipping notification which will include a tracking number, which you can click to check the status of your package at FedEx.com.

If your tracking notice reads “Delivered to US Post Office”, the package will then be delivered to your home via FedEx Smartpost by USPS.

Will I need to sign for my package?

No, you will not need to sign for your FlynnO’Hara package. But, for the security of your purchase, if
there is not a secure place to leave the package or a note, FedEx/USPS may return it to your local post
office.

How long will it take to receive my School Uniform order?

Any item with embroidery will ship within 5-8 business days of the final payment. Any in-stock
plain items will ship within 3-5 business days of final payment. Orders are shipped when complete, if
possible. Any item on backorder will take approximately 4-6 weeks. Please note: These are average
processing times, and may fluctuate depending on the season.

How long will my Nursing Uniforms take to arrive?

Nursing uniforms have an estimated delivery time of 2-4 weeks from order date.

Can I pick up my order at the store?

Yes. If you’d like to pick up your order at the store, please specify “Ship to Store” when placing your
online order, or call our toll-free customer service line at 1-800-441-4122 to place your order over the
phone. Items shipped to store are subject to standard processing times (see above).

Can I expedite my shipment?

No, products will ship FedEx SmartPost via USPS or FedEx Ground depending on the size/weight of
the package. Delivery time will depend on method of shipment, and the amount of products/customization in your order.

Will my shipment arrive in time for school?

Orders placed and paid in full by August 1st are guaranteed for back to school delivery. Though
we’ll do everything we can to expedite processing, we cannot guarantee delivery of orders placed or
paid for after August 1 for the start of school.

Backorders

Why is my product backordered?

Due to the custom nature of our business, and the disproportionately high volume of sales during the
months of August & September, occasionally a product will be placed on a temporary backorder.
Manufacturing of most items take between 4 & 6 weeks. Rest assured we will ship the items to you
as soon as they become available for shipment.

When will my backordered item arrive?

We make every effort to ship out backordered items as quickly as possible. Backorders can take up to
4-6 weeks to ship from the date of final payment, but items typically do arrive sooner.

Will I receive my backordered item in time for school?

If your backorder was placed before our August 1 school delivery guarantee date, you will receive your
product in time for the start of the school year.

Sizing

I ordered a half size for my child, but the product doesn’t fit.

There is a big difference between a child’s 7 and a 7 /. A size 7 is a standard girl’s size, whereas any size with the / behind it is a “half” or plus size. A size 7 / in not the size between 7 and 8 childs. The girls or teens plus or half size is for a fuller figured child. If your child normally wears a regular child’s size, please do not order a half (/) or plus size. For product-specific sizing information, click here.

My child doesn’t fit in any of the sizes listed. Can I still order a uniform through FlynnO’Hara?

Special orders are placed when a student needs a size larger or smaller than those offered within our range.  (For example, pants with a waist size larger than we carry, or a skirt with an extra 5 inches in lengthwould be placed as special orders.) Please note that special orders cannot be placed to customize an item if a customer simply wants a shorter length or falls between two sizes. Additionally, special orders can only be taken for schools we service.  Special orders cost an additional $10 per item, and can take up to 8-12 weeks to arrive.

Can I order a special size online?

Does FlynnO’Hara do alterations?

No, FlynnO’Hara does not do alterations, but our products are made with generous hems on all pants
and skirts, growth tabs on the inside waistline of our boys pants & shorts, and easy-adjust buttons on
our ladies kilts to allow for growth.

Can my student buy their uniform at the store anytime throughout the year?
Yes, FlynnO’Hara retail locations are open and stocking product year-round. Please click here for

Does FlynnO’Hara sell shoes at the retail stores?

Yes, the majority of our retail locations carry shoe inventory for schools they serve.

Can I pick up my online order from the nearest FlynnO’Hara Retail store?

Yes, simply click the “Ship to Store” option at Checkout and choose your correct store location.

Returns & Warranty

How do I return/exchange an item?

At FlynnO’Hara, we will gladly exchange, replace, or refund your purchase when it is presented in
unworn, saleable condition at any of our retail stores, or returned to our corporate office by mail. For the safety and protection of our customers, all refunds and exchanges require valid photo identification and a receipt. Refunds will be issued in the same form of tender as stated on the original receipt.
For security purposes cash refunds exceeding $50.00 will be issued within 10-14 business days in the
form of a check from our corporate office.

What is FlynnO’Hara’s Warranty Policy?

FlynnO’Hara offers a school year warranty against manufacturer’s defects. All of our garments are
guaranteed for a year from the date of purchase. In the rare event that a garment is defective we will
gladly replace it with an identical item and size.

Examples of covered manufacturer’s defects are:
•Pilling
•Hems or seams coming out
•Broken clasp or zipper

*Please note: the knees of our pants are under warranty for 30 days of wear.  We’re sorry, but we cannot accept returns or exchanges on socks and tights that have been removed from their packaging.

Can I return a customized item?

Yes, provided the product is unworn and in sellable condition. However, special orders and items
customized with a student’s name, initials, or graduation year are final sale and may not be returned
or exchanged. Please see Flynn O’Hara Return Policy for further details.

Can I make returns at the store or at my school’s measuring day?

Yes, all orders can be returned or exchanged at any of our retail locations, by mail, and at in-school
events, provided the returns meet requirements stated in our Return Policy.

Shopping Online

How do I view previous orders?

To view previous online orders, simply login to your account using the email address and password
you created when you placed your order. At the bottom of your account page, there is a button
“View Previous Orders.”

How do I pay my outstanding Balance online?

Unfortunately you are not able to pay outstanding balances online at the moment. To pay an
outstanding balance, please call our customer service department at 800.441.4122.

Pricing

Do I have to pay for shipping?

There is a flat rate fee of $9.50 to ship orders placed by phone or online to a customer’s home. Warehouse orders placed at a retail store will incur a $5.00 shipping fee. There is no shipping fee to send an order to a store for pick-up.

Does FlynnO’Hara offer any coupons or sales?

During the summer, FlynnO’Hara holds an online free shipping sale in early July which is communicated to students and parents through their school. We also offer online promo codes on a
school-by-school basis throughout the year. If you’d like to be included on FlynnO’Hara promotions
in the future, simply create an account. All sales promotions are communicated via email.

How do I order a Gift Card?

Gift Cards can be purchased in our retail stores, or over the phone.

Where/how can I use a Gift Card?

Gift Cards can be used by phone, online, or in any retail stores. Paper Gift Certificates will still be honored, but must be presented in person or mailed to our corporate office:

When is my school’s measuring day, trunk show, etc.?

For all information regarding your school’s upcoming events with Flynn O’Hara, please click here to
search for your school.  Once you’ve reached your school homepage, you will be able to view upcoming FlynnO’Hara events.

I’m a teacher, do I receive a discount?

We offer a 15% discount to teachers and employees who work in schools that we serve. This discount
can be applied when ordering by phone, in a store, or at a measuring event or trunk show.
We request verification of current employment in order to process the discount.

How do I order for my child’s school?

How do I order uniforms if my school is not listed?

If your school does not use FlynnO’Hara as their exclusive uniform supplier, please shop in our Girls’
Store or Boys Store for merchandise that cannot be customized with embroidery or silkscreen. Click
