Our stores are each equipped with silk screen and embroidery machines which enable our staff to customize product within a few minutes, year-round, so that your students are never out of uniform.
FlynnO’Hara.com provides easy online ordering 24 hours a day 7 days a week, tailored specifically to your school’s uniform and preferences. Each school is provided a custom homepage where parents can shop for their child’s specific uniform, view upcoming uniform-related events, and take advantage of sales promotions. Through FlynnO’Hara.com school families are able to create an account to save their students’ profiles, size preferences, and to view previous orders.
We are a company made up of parents, so we understand how much time one extra errand can add to an already busy day. In an effort to alleviate some of the stress that comes with back-to-school shopping, we created our in-school measuring and trunk show programs. On a given date dictated by your school – generally towards the end of the school year – representatives from FlynnO’Hara come to individually measure students at school, placing orders on-site for the following year. Orders placed at school measurings are shipped to students’ homes along with a free return shipping label, in the event that a family needs to exchange or return an item.
Depending on proximity to a FlynnO’Hara retail store, some schools are able to host in-school Trunk Shows. At these events, FlynnO’Hara representatives bring product on-site, so that students can be measured, try on the products, and take their uniforms straight home from school with them that day.
FlynnO’Hara’s professional and experienced customer service lines remain open Monday-Saturday year-round to receive orders and handle customer service issues. During the summer crunch, we have 75 incoming toll-free lines manned by 40 customer service representatives to better assist each customer.
We know how busy the summer can be, so we’ve extended retail store and customer service hours until 8PM through August to accommodate the schedules of working parents and students. We also remain open evenings and Saturdays year-round.
